Hi,
I have a very annoying problem regarding missions. Whenever I accept a mision, un-dock, and warp to it, 1 out of 5 times the mission site will not have spawned, and there will still just be a beacon. I try warping away, and then warping back, no go. Even closing the game. Still is just a beacon. It happens quite frequently since I can run numerous missions in an a few hours.
It's also a bad thing, because I need to decline the mission to get a new one, which, hurts my standings if this happens too much, which it usually does.
Does anyone know what causes the mission to not spawn? or how I can fix it?
I'm not a noob, nor am I a hardened war veteran, I'm just a pilot who's mind can think faster than his hands can type. Thus I look like a ****** over 76.1% of the time. |

This is happening on just-accepted missions?
The sound of what you are describing is what happens when you complete a mission (objective complete) without actually completing it, then after downtime if you go back there will be nothing there.
I would petition it next time it happens and see if the GMs can reset it.
Could be a bug introduced with Dominion, though I would have thought we would have seen a lot more complaints over it by now.

Yes, Just-Accepted missions.
I complete mission
Fly to station
Dock
"Complete Mission"
"Request Mission"
"Accept Mission"
Undock
fly to location, and there's a beacon. no bad guys or anything.

This happened to me before on 2 occasions:
1) The acceleration gate didn't have any icon (in-game or overview) just have a look around.
2) Same as you, nothing spawned, just file a petition and they will fix it mine was answered within 10 mins of it being sent in :)

Never had to file a petition, how do I do that?

I-game, press F12 to open the Eve Help screen, and there is a button 'Create New Petition'
