So i decided to go pvp, but of course i also need some way to get some extra cash, to cover lost ships and such. Since ratting in nullsec has become profitable, i'm wondering which Gallente battleship would be best suited for it?
Currently i'm thinking the Megathron would be the best, but should i go blasters or railguns with it? Or am wrong and should i go for the dominix/hyperion? :)
If possible, a fitting would be very appreciated :)

I wouldn't recommend ratting in 0.0 with any battleship at all, even if you're friends with the local alliance, and especially if you aren't. BSes are simply too slow, especially since a lot of your ratting time is spent warping from one place to another.
Sticking with Gallente, I'd recommend a Brutix with blasters, MWD and web (or an Ishtar, but I'd guess you don't have t2 cruisers yet). If you insist on a slow-ass BS, though, I'd recommend a railgun fit, since unless you're ratting in Angel space, the rat BSes will tend to stay well out of blaster range.
Edit: Sentry domi is nice, but leaving sentries behind because you had to gtfo in a hurry sucks :P

thx for the tips, i'll see if i can get hold of a decent BC fitting then. Currently i'm also training for HAC's so i guess an ishtar would be a nice follow up then :)

Use an armor repping Neut Domi using Sentry and heavy drones. Keep some warrior II's and a few Vespa EC-600's on hand and have some fun. You can rack up some kills while making ISK.
Make a bookmark inside a dense belt. Keep that belt clear of rats and warp to it when hostiles show up. Ether kill the interceptor or stick the ECM drones on him if local spikes too high. If it's a covert ops local will spike and you warp off or stay depending on the numbers.
Best done when you have some friends nearby. You may not stay alive but, you should hold on long enough so that your buddies can come in and wack the gang.

thx for the advice, but i've been looking up some stuff about the Brutix, but several times i noticed that people say the Myrmidon is better then the brutix. Anyone got experience with the Myrm for 0.0 ratting?

Actually I myself just recently moved to 0.0 with my new corp. I started off ratting the Angels with a Myrm, but it took forever (I didnt use guns, I had trac/salvs fitted) because of the 75mb bandwidth not letting me use 5 heavies. Right now I use a MWD brutix with blasters and web, and I can take out any belt ive come across pretty quick ~2-3mins depending on the conistency. The only trouble im having is when there are 2 high-bounty BS's in the same belt, my tank starts to fail (can only do 130ish Angel DPS). Im also using t2 valkyries, a full wave of 5. I have meh gunnery skills (mainly a drone*****), and I can hit ~300 DPS on EFT.
I also officially hate Angels and theyre lame shield tanking - they're only going to do die anyway, I dont know why they bother :(

With sentries, you just stay right beside them and align to a spot.
Really, if you have eyes on local, ratting in 0.0 with a battleships is NOT a problem.
Though, i recommend a gunboat, since it takes a while for the rats to agrro you so you can safely deploy drones. and getting your slow heavy drones back if you need to get out of the way.

Been using this Myrm fit for nullsec ratting. Seems to work pretty well, I have 5 mill SP. I was using a Vexor, which worked but often went deep into the tank, this is much sturdier but way more expensive to lose, (which hasn't happened yet, touch wood):
