Agreed. It doesn't matter what side was affected, but it's important that we all desire the same thing, and that's a game where victories are determined by skill or numbers rather than lag.
If enough people pitch a fit and do something about it, CCP will take action, but as of right now, we are just throwing idle threats. (If that..)

Indeed - I started it. It was accually a desperate attempt to get CCP to reinforce the nod in fast notice which I've seen them do one time in my years of nullsec warfare.
My hope was that we all could get a fun fight, and perhaps some got on both sides, but I'm rather sure as many or more never really saw anything happen. I spent about 1+ hour trying to login and was alive until the end (when I died during a black login screen) but never saw any grid. yaay \o/

U gotta be kidding me? If that's true then Dominion really has messet things up beyond belief. I've played in reinforced nod with well over 1000 ppl in local and had very smooth gameplay - but this felt like an very much not reinforced nod with about 1000+, eventhough from what I saw we were about 500 in local. But that might have risen somewhat during the 1+ hour I spent with login screen. _______________________________

No, its true, warlock I believe it was, convoed some of the pilots and asked us to confirm how good/bad the lag was. This was while WI/MM/RZR were fighting Solar/RA and whoever I forgot before atlas got in. It was about pre dominon large fleet fight levels of lag at that point with only ~200 - 250 in local on a triple reinforced node. Very enjoyable and playable, like it used to be. Still plenty of lag but again, very easy to deal with. After Atlas came in the lag went down hill seriously and became again an unplayable non grid loading ****storm with only 500 in system or about that. The game is ****ing broken.
However, I do have to give points to CCP for at least sending someone into system (saw him on grid a few times and again, the convoing) and taking a look at how seriously Dominion broke everything and asking us how it was. Maybe they are starting to care? only time will tell.

Well I lost my ship to CCP lag in BND-16 some days ago. We (ME) jumped into system today with already loads of reds in there. Solar and Gentlemen.... I was quite surprised, WE didn't get THE major lag as we were the ones jumping in. Then when Atlas arrived we shot multiple Dreads and Carriers of Atlas et al... They had the lag then as reported here. (640 in system)...
They didn't lose their ships to us, but to CCP. All the 0.0 Alliances should form for a major High-Sec Suicide gank!!!! Or something different, that makes CCP hear our concerns! Let's unite and make some epic action that wasn't here before.. ^^
Edit: Just read the above post. Well would be nice if they are starting to care about this serious issue. But nevertheless 0.0 guys united, suicide ganking in jita or Rens would be a nice op...

kk - I belive you then. Let's hope the GM stayed and saw it go downhill then so they can admit to the problem and solve it, and maybe even compensate those with stupid losses without throwing the "we find no errors in our logs"-copy/paste-answer.
Hoping for some good fights where we can at least try to do something not to die o7 _______________________________

lag was really bad took us 20+ min to jump out got a few kill but hey we are atlas we don't use caps
ps. all cap loss where do to people getting dced and trying to log back in
pss. our dread fleet was laging so bad we could not put the statin into reinforce mood in a single cycle

i counted 645 in local ... and the game played very very badly for most people and the people that jumped in had it the worst ccp defo need to fix this.

Found the lag manageable, took about 2 minutes to jump into system and about another 2 to load then about another 2-3 minutes for the grid to load when we warped to the fight. Had no problems locking targets and drones only had a very small delay. Guns were a bit tricker to manage.
From my point of view we seemed to win the first battle forcing NC off the field, then again it could of been they were just hunting the caps that got dced.
loaded on station was pretty rapid though it really didn't seem to be taken damage and people were reporting 15 minute siege cycles.
Our exit cyno went up and then we spent 15 minutes trying to leave with NC picking off a few targets that d/c or whatever. Fair play to them we would of done the same.
lag doesn't seem any worst then before stack i/o tbh.
Have a funny SS of atlas repping a 0% structure carrier in exit system. Same thing happened to my zealot the other day which popped but I didn't dock it like this carrier did. Will be interesting if the server catchs up a blows it or if we've discovered a new form of insurance fraud. -cam |

The lag wasn't that bad for me, to be honest.
Had to do the gun cycling trick, of course, but it responded almost immediately to that. Aligning and warping wasn't a problem.
Loading grid was slow, but not the worst I've ever seen it.
I think the craziest thing I saw was the number of ghost ships. After you guys jumped off station, we had a few dozen capitals ghosting on grid, and we had to repeatedly go through the entire list to see what was actually lockable, and only 5 or 6 were.

Well ... 45minutes and still loading the grid.Then i relogged and after 5-10 more minutes I got in. I could warp to the remaining SBU and start shooting it. I saw that it took damage but I had no other ships close to it. 5 more minutes and my allies and corp mates are appearing left and right to my ship out of nowhere. Very wired experience.

After main fighting ended, i jumped into system. Took me about 15 minutes to load grid. Reason of terrible lags - few THOUSANDS of drones deployed in system.

And this is only one battlefields (there was few of them). Add fighting, Add 40 cattiers with x10 drones on each. Add more people, and there we are.
Let's just one more time say THANK YOU CCP for removing AoE drig cleaning DDs.
