Just a quick update, we have now released the Dominion 1.0.3 datadump and icondumps. These contain the new Zephyr information and icons, as well as some fixes from the initial Dominion 1.0 dump.
Head over to the Toolkit's page to grab the new files.

usual barrage of conversions:
mysql singlefile (you are most likely looking for this one)
this one should also load just fine in php-webloader-scripts, if it whines about something with timestamps at the end, ignore it.
sqlite singlefile
postgres singlefile
sqlite "EVE Asset Manager" edition
less popular:
MSsql script dump (useful for those who cba to upgrade to sql server 2008)
xml "one file per table" dumps
mysql "one file per table" dumps
mysql "one file per table" dumps as tarball
there may or may not be other flavors i forgot about if you look here.
as usual, whine on #eve-dev on irc.coldfront.net or at me ingame if there are any issues or you need custom dumps (partial sqlite, csv, ...) or something...

Database seems to be missing Elite Scorpion Lai Dai from invTypes.
Also, will citadel torpedo blueprints be changed to match the naming convention that citadel torps now follow?

not sure what that is.
if it is some random NPC encountered in missions, they can have mission-specific names, so you would have to figure out what the actual typeName of the ship named "this missions main shootme" is.
but in general it is not all that useful.
did you file a bugreport about the inconsistent naming of the citadel torp types? whats the BR-ID?

it got renamed between revelations and trinity, so in late 2007.

Edit just to add that your request is a prime example of everything that is wrong with quality control (and pride in your own work IMO) in EVE. Every response would have been better than to tell the paying customer to do your job for you. While I can understand that you don't like to use your abysmal bug reporting system yourself - neither do your customers.

if you give me a list of table names i can dump those out in a xls-compatible csv format just fine.

For manufacturing so I believe its just the item database so I can look up a bpo and get its base values ?

By that i mean ores and minerals and similar such items.

dom103 static data dump in one-file-per-table format that excel should be able to import: excel-csv

only checked Veld and Trit, but those are in there just fine ...
finding the images is a two-step process:
a) check if there is an image with the typeID as filename. if not,
b) do a invTypes.graphicID->eveGraphics.icon lookup, then look for that name.
mysql> select typeID,typeName,graphicID from invTypes where typeName='Dense Veldspar';

We got the 1.0.3 DB prior to the patch, which was really nice and let us prepare our apps to be ready when the patch hit the live server.
Any idea as of when the DB dump for Dominion 1.1 will be available for us?

Got a problem with reprocessing of items. As i know table invTypeMaterials got this list of it, but it's incorrect. Is there some formuls?
Example, invTypeMaterials (Plush Compound, 11725):
=====================================
typeID || materialTypeID || quantity
11725 || 34 || 4096
****some other****
=====================================
Why 4096 ? There must be 3200 !
Next trouble... Try to view (Charon, 20185) invTypeMaterials we'll get typeID of components... >_>
How to get reprocessed list of materials ? PLS describe in example of typeID=28844 (Rhea).
