Seemed like a cool guy, and tl:dr, I gave him 1.2b for a security deposit. This was supposed to cover security issues from our corp joining the alliance.

I have no doubt he will deny it, and claim I gave him the isk out of kindness, but figured at least now a search on Heretic Nation will return at least one hit on a scam.

He contacted me after seeing my recruitment thread on the forums. I told him I was not sure I could get his corp into alliance due to how **** their killboard wasand how new they were to PVP. NEG EXP. but if they wanted to join uni it 'MIGHT' be possible. But he'd need to fly with us for a week or two. I mean their killboard just ******* sucked and his pvp exp was just as bad. So i told him this. So he asked me to train him. I told him sure. AND DID SO. I trained him on and off for a few days. Took a ton of time to. guy didn't listen, kept lying about dumb ****. etc etc. I gave him a few ships as well. but I stuck with him. Kept helping and training. Went over overview setting, basic tactics for solo and fleet, null sec, etc etc. Well after a while it came up that i was having an issue with isk and he said he hadn't known or he wouldn't have taken the ships so he offered me 1.2 bil to keep. So obviously I took it. but his **** got old soon. He got worse and worse and worse. so finally the other day when he logged onto vent I had had enough. He was telling me he knew some famous actors and had just hung out with them the night before and all this other bullshit I absolutely hate liars. So I told him he needed to look else where. that he wouldn't listen, and all he did was lie, he had no skill what so ever, and he was lazy and unwilling to listen that i had wasted so much time on him. So he got pissed and asked me for the isk back. He even asked me if i scammed him. I told him straight up he gave me the isk and if he regretted it he shouldn't have done it. It was payment for dealing with his stupid **** for such a long time while training him and the hips i gave him.

Here is the mail that proceeded after he got pissy that I rejected him. So he sends me a message asking me if i had scammed him. Also, after this post I am done with this thread. I wouldn't have even bothered to post here to start with but i don't want the corp to have a bad name cause this douche wants to cry about being rejected over complete stupidity. Dear nikole. I do apologize for the tardyness to your ingame mail. I am currently only able to use my android electrocellphone telephone, which reads forums great but hates evegate. I chatted with aztek, but again I would like to chat (not emailchain) with you as well. I find when attempting to thread out the truth one must find a common ground between both parties. We do small gang/solo PVP for the most part.

As I mentioned before, Heretic Nation leadership will deal with this accusation. It is not being ignored in any way, I can assure you. We DO NOT run recruitment scams on individual pilots or corporations. If it turns out that is what has truly happened here, the alliance leadership with deal with the problem internally and the ISK may be reimbursed.

That being said, Az Tek is a good recruitment officer and has brought in several promising new pilots to Heretic University. I don't expect a full-blown recruitment scam to be something he would do while representing the alliance.

Nicole - please do get in touch with either Whitei or Griz, they do want to speak with you and hear your side of the story.






IMO, the worst part about this thread is that its titled "Heretic Nation". We are a relatively small pirate alliance, and when it comes to piracy - we are cold bastards. We will pop and pod anything we get our hands on (unless theres a ransom involved). BUT when it comes to dealing with other respectable pirate corps, we honor the unwritten code. When it comes to diplomacy, we treat them with the respect they deserve.

Heretic Army may be full of dangerous and evil pirates, but the leadership has worked hard to keep the corp's diplomacy when dealing with other legitimate pirate corps straight and honest.

I'm gonna call bullshit. My Amamakian brothers are renown for many things, but scamming is not one of them.

Every interaction I've ever had with Heretic Army/Heretic Nation has been positive. I didn't take the time to read this entire thread before posting about something on the second page, but I am certain things will resolve themselves equitably for you so long as you get in contact with the people in leadership positions.

For anyone reading this thead i can confirm that the OP's story is infact correct and that az tek's story is full of lies... hes our main recruiter, why, because hes so fail in RL that he spends 16 hours online per day "playing" spaceships and leadership thinks that they may aswel use him for recruitment.

The nation wallet is used to pay for logistics, fleet replacement fund (lol t2 insurance), and our pos. Nice try though.
And yes, if you kill a ship while participating in a fc'd fleet, the loot goes to the alliance to pay for losses.

The truth is that its not just FC'd ops where faction loot MUST go to alliance.. it is ANY faction loot that is shown to drop on ANY heretic nation killmail.

One very memorable incident was when a member was told to hand over the faction items from a SOLO KILL (!!!) he got !! that is just insane. he actually lied and said that he sold the mods already and Griznatle and Jude LLoyd checked his personal hanger in station and saw the items were still in his items hangar and said he must give the mods or get kicked from alliance. He gave them the mods and left the corp about 2 weeks later because he had enough of the bulls**t .


Basically heretic nation appears to be a money making scam for the founders and directors.

the pvp is cheap and petty, no skill in killing nubs and then running from good fites..

If your interests are killing 10 day old players in amamake or making alliance directors personal wallets fat then by all means; join heretic nation .
