Well, I couldn't find another tool like it, and I wanted to make something for myself, so I created an ISK Value Calculator. It's based on the current PLEX price which can be added by yourselves.
From this you can enter any value you like and It will give you a value in Euros.
Although the real life PLEX price is set, it still can be edited.
There isn't any posting rules, so I am going to link to the download. It's an Excel XML spreadsheet. I have no desire to get my account deleted so I assure you it's safe!
I am pretty mew to the game, so If I have over looked anything, let me know!
If anyone has compatibility issues I can use an older version.

I definitely wasn't meaning it to be used for anything breaking the EULA! I was just browsing the Chars for sale earlier and wondered how much that would cost if I were buying ISK using PLEX :)

I assume this is simply to help a player evaluate if it's more cost effective to pay for game time using ISK or RL currency
And CCP Horse does look like he might have been kicked in the face by a horse
