It is with great regret that I make this post.
The directorate of Mercurialis Inc. has been struggling with this decision for some weeks and the final vote has been cast.
Over the last 2 weeks things have been going from bad to worse in WI. The Leadership of WI has failed time and again to make any moves to organize any proper resistance to the Atlas assault. Furthermore the complete misappropriation of capital replacement assets within WI has forced MINC into a very undesirable situation.
I have watched time and again as the Pilots of my Corp have sacrificed their Capital ships for this alliance and have been told there are no assets available to assist them. I have watched the 'HC' mainly Halada and Meno play other corps within WI against MINC. I have watched as they have forced MINC to build capital ships for the 'Alliance Replacement Program' with no reimbursement for the production of ships.
The pilots of MINC have born a great burden for WI.
Our pilots continually are organizing and fielding the majority of the Logistics and POS repair crews when any effort is put forward by the HC to give the okay to save a pos. Our Pilots bring a bulk of the Capital and Super capital fleet to the field.
The Good Old Boy attitude within the HC of WI and their repeated sleights to MINC has brought this day about.
I hope WI remember this day.
As an advisor and as one of the main Capital ship producers within WI, MINC was given access to the alliance replacement pool. This pool has always been a closely guarded asset and now its MINCs.

50b in capital ships and fittings.
1b units of various isotopes.
20 DS Kits
3 JFs
6 Freighters

On the other side of the fence, I just remember him as a really good opponent to fight against. Wasn't surprised to see them leaving, was a bit surprised to see them taking that much in the way of assets.
