Not happy with your first launch?
Info about your current investors.
Katellin, 5 shares - 3 posts ever yakuza warrior, 5 shares - 0 posts ever Allzat, 15 Shares - 1 post in MD ever MigthySpatiqus, 1 share - 0 posts ever iisauce, 1 share - 1 day old ALT
Your investors have never ever really been on MD before, but just pop up and invest. Get them to post here with their reasons, because this smells like a SCAM.
Your audit failed badly, you are a character trader (you could have bought Satane), you can't prove you had 35B in your wallet, and you have random ALT investors.
If you want to prove anything, make a film of your wallet journal that shows you had 35B in the summer like you claim.

I have spent some time going through satane's history. Talk about a rep grind on the forums.
First the rags to riches story, but not posted with sextrader (back in May)
The, the CCP took away my name and rep story. Looking for an audit to prove satane is great.
Then I get confused because one of the reasons satane wants an audit is to get another loan on June 16th, this is directly after buying Taylor04 on June 6th for 29.5B on June 7th
Also satane states he wants a loan for 3B like he just got from jarkovii (post 11), but I realised that jarkovii also belonged to satane found where jarkovii buys GTC's for taylor04
satane unable to raise more cash then fails at selling taylor04
As your a character seller why don't you reactivate taylor04 and sell him for all the cash.

I thought Ji's audit was perfect.
In a pre-arranged audit the requestor and the auditor will negotiate the terms of the audit, and will discuss questions that are raised from the audit.
In this case the OP asked for a quick public audit to back up statements he/she made in the business launch, specifically a large trader of faction items, and having 35B ISK in the wallet during the summer.
Ji completed audit as asked, and could find no evidence to back up OP's statements. The OP has gone to various lengths to prove Ji wrong and other people have moaned that the process was handled wrongly. How should a quick public audit be handled?
Ji had one task. To back up statements made by the OP for the public so we could make a decision of whether to invest in the business plan or not.
Ji did exactly what everyone wanted. Just because an audit wasn't positive its not the auditor's fault.
If that is not what is wanted from an audit, what is?

I have my laptop connected to my 52" Sony LCD TV waiting to play the video of satane's wallet showing where the 35B ISK is, just as satane promised he/she would.
If the video doesn't come soon, I will just have to keep playing the waffle song

Katiana, I have to disagree with your statements about the audit and what the purpose of an audit is.
Ji did a thorough audit, and this threw up some red flags. The money wasn't there that was stated regardless of the contract history.
Now Ji brought these red flags up to make potential investors aware of issues with satane's original statements.
At this point it is up to the potential investor whether or not they invest in the business. No matter how much shouting either side does no one can positively show that there was EVER 35B ISK in the OP's wallets as stated. The audit showed that now it is up MD'ers if they want to invest.
If you are doing an audit it is always better to be on the side of caution.
IMO the biggest red flag is when the first dividend payment also contains a bonus. hey look at me my returns are great!!!
If you run a business, and are in it for the long term I would much rather have a business manager who stuck to the plan and paid consistent returns as promised than a plan that changes monthly.

There was nothing wrong with the last audit.
You stated that you earnt 35B ISK in the summer of 2009. Your wallet entries went back to february 2009.
The wallet NEVER showed a balance approaching anywhere near 35B, so yeah it was a big load of BS and you failed it.
