The limit of 3 is on how many dec's you can issue. There is no limit on how many dec's these gentlemen can receive.

CONCORD Preservation and Recovery has released this press release to inform the public about its recent actions.
CONCORD Preservation and Recovery is a corporation that aims to protect lunar bodies from the geological damage they sustain from POSĘs. In particular offline POSĘs provide a real danger to lunar bodies due the hazardous chemicals they release, which results in damage to the geological formations found on moons. Online POS do not offer as much of a threat to moons as offline POS but they still attribute to geological damages found on moons, thus CPR will take out online POS when it is deemed viable. We then put an operation in place to ensure that justice was served and we confiscated the Dread Guristas Small Control Tower he was attempting remove. This action, as you can see, has resulted in Chribba calling on the good citizens of New Eden to try and destroy our humble corporation and thus escape justice. Further aggression on the part of CONCORD Preservation and Recovery against the two offending alliances owned by Chribba can be halted with the payment of a onetime fine which will be used for the preservation and recovery of lunar bodies.

I agree your non-sense about offline POS's leaking enviromentally unsafe materials is nothing i have ever heard of before... PROOF OR STFU as they say :)

At what point did you think all of this was a good idea? Do you not realize that Chribba can just ask a favor of just about anybody in EVE to get whatever the hell he wants for free? Do you not realize that the man has enough wealth to have your corporation under perpetual wardec until the end of EVE, as well as paying to have each and every one of its members hunted with a suicide-gank squad should they seek to flee from his wrath? Do you not realize that he would not even need to pay for a single bit of this, because he has so many people who love him willing to line up for the chance to shout VELD FOR THE VELD GOD?

I can't wait to see the fallout when they get hit with like 30 wardecs tomorrow. I hopped into their public channel a few minutes ago, and they seem to think that they can only have 3 actives wars declared against them at once.
