Welcome to my fourth of many lottery's that I am goin to put up! Read instruction belowe carefully for information on how to purchase tickets and how the rules of the game work!
PRIZES:
1st Prize - Nightmare (Faction battleship)
2nd Prize - Phantasm (Faction Cruiser)
3rd Prize - Succubus (Faction Frigate)
All prizes are located in Jita
Will you be using a 3rd Party?
No I will not be using a 3rd party this time since this is my 4th lottery and I hope I've earned enough trust to run this on my own. see previous lottery's if in doupt!
How much does a ticket cost?
1 Ticket costs 40mill - 40.000.000,00 isk!
Be sure to send the correct ammount! 39.999.999.99 and below will be considered as a donation!
How many tickets are for sale?
There are only 35 tickets up for grabs!
Is there any limit on tickets bought?
No you can buy as many tickets as you wish!
How do I buy tickets?
It is simple, All you have to do is send the entry fee to Shallow (be sure to send to the correct player) and write in the reason box "LOTTO-4"
NOTE: If you do not write "LOTTO-4" in the reason box the isk transfered will be looked at as a donation!
After you send your isk to shallow then you reply to this post the number(s) you want! (see free numbers belowe)..
How will the winner be picked?
I will be using randomizer program @ www.random.org
When will the drawing be?
When all tickets have been sold!

REMEMBER TO WRITE IN REASON BOX "LOTTO-4" WHEN YOU SEND YOUR ISK TO SHALLOW! IF NOT IT WILL BE LOOKED AT AS A DONATION!

you are all so dumb, how can you possibly know he doenst just reroll over and over till he gets the number he wants? As in an alt or friend of his?
Use a rolling program that makes you log in and keep track you are all throwing your isk away.

First of all wth dude? not everything in eve is a scam! I have no intentions of scamming anyone in these lottery's of mine and I never have/will!
If you dont trust me yourself then just dont buy a ticket but why in earth would you go try'n to ruin a honest mans buisness when you have no clue what you are talking about?
Please grow up man.
Plus this is my 4th lottery. and I have allso sold ships for players around eve and got good recomendations so please stop talking about stuff you have no clue about

Shallows has been completely honest with me so far, so i'll be sticking to the innocent until proven guilty approach!
The guy has a long eve history, and up until this point i cant see any reason for him to be doubted. Obviously if my trust in the chap is unwarranted i'm the one that lost out, same as everyone else thats taking part. I'm absolutely sure that if it does go belly up, people will hear about it and any future events will be avoided.
Lets keep an open mind about this, and see how it works out, it's not a massive lottery, and the only way that people like shallows are going to earn other people's trust in the first place is by taking the plunge and eventually holding the items up for grabs and doing the drawings themselves.

im not accusing him of being dishonest, im saying the methods used offer no one ANY basis of proof. This seems pointless to do when there are methods of showing the roll easily to the public and ability to give proof that you arnt rolling over and over. I use invisible castle for evebowls lotteries. Ive ran well over 300 rolls with it all recorded and displayed for the public. There is no reason to use a rolling site that doesnt display a record of the users rolls nor displays the roll itself.

Ok I have edited the post and state now that I will from now on use www.invisiblecastle.com for rolling the winning number so people can check there and see that my rolling is LEGIT! :) thank's to odareum for pointing this out. allway's willing to make my service more legit and trusted!
