Why would harvies be banned? They're being lost every day to npc's and such, and since there's no more supply it won't be long before they're gone altogether.
There is no mining drone II afaik, but I do know that Standard, Improved and Advanced drones are coming out during/after Shiva, maybe even Elite drones (which are exactly like harvesters except they take up 50m3 less space in the drone bay).

I think I have 7 on escrow in the top station in Hakonen.

I heard they were loot drop equipment and they are no longer on the drop lists...too powerful I heard.
I also heard that there are little green men living in the moon, but they are too scared to come out to talk to us...
Either could be complete tosh.
Take comfort in knowing that its probably some pimply faced twit, or 40 year old virgin, who gleens everytime mommy offfers to take them to needle point lessons |
