Just wondering why it is that I can access a 2/10 rogue, but not a 2/10 Pirate (in this instance, Angel) ... the gate to the pirates tells me that it only allows Frigates, Elite Frigates, Shuttles, and something else through (don't remember), but ...

Ok, I pulled up the attributes on a 75mm Carbide Railgun I to use as an example. It has a dropoff range of 3km, optimal range of 6.3km, and a tracking speed of 0.13rad/sec So, for what's been mentioned, that gun would have a max range of 9.3km. ...
