Hauling Isotopes 60 jumps to where my Starbase is not equal to FUN ... ive canceled all 3 of my accounts and will stop playing when they run out if Better Isotope ice isnt put into Deep 0.0 space..
Give me an ETA and I might reacivate..

Im NOT paying someone who can sit in safe space and mine good ice for Isotopes... the ISO RICH ore should be in deep space where its harder to get/mine...
and no you cant have my 3 battleships and Starbase..

Why won't you pay the poor guy who's spending hour after hour looking at a chunk of ice? You should have far more than enough from all those rare minerals, NPC bounties and commander loot you have collected.

For one I assume the risk of Living in deep space... right now I operate 60 Jumps out of empire.. I have a POS which is offline and unusable atm sence I cant harvest enough ice in deep space to run it..
For the Risk I have access to high end ore which I can inturn Mine and help my corps production..
For the Risk I Should have access to High Iso bearing Ice .. Simple as that.. anyone can setup a pos in a .3 with good ice 1-2 jumps away with 0 and i mean 0 risk of getting shot down on the way..
I however have to Haul 60 jumps to my area?.. through 0.0 with pirates alliances and many other nasties.. NOT including Highend NPC's in the belts..
Granted I cant have everything and I dont have easy access to Empire's NPC markets or other player's goods.. I give that up by living out in deep space..
Give me the ice i need... Simple as that..
AND All you whiners saying Oh you cant have everything... Come live out in 0.0 space 60+ jumps from the first empire zone... and then you tell me how much fun it is when you need to mine the "Lowgrade" ice to run your Pos..

Hey this looks like a good thread in which to post my gripe so it can be noticed by CCP:
I still have not won any Tech 2 ship BPOs. CCP either I win very soon or I stop playing.

Neways. Cope with it. Players are protesting because of that since Exodus came out. However I didn't see any response by CCP yet. I'd think upping the Isotope yield in the 0.0 Belts to 100-150 would be a fair deal.

The way I understand it, all the ice that you think should be in 0.0 space is in fact low grade. The isotopes required to run a starbase aren't the best ice products out there. You're pretty much asking your asteroid fields to yeild Scordite.

3. It's quite easy really. You've got your pos in 0.0. You produce whatever them moons make you produce and sell that (no you cant make your own components with one pos). Alternatively, your pos is your deepspace refinery and staging ground since you are very out of the way. You could mine ark there for all I care.
Now, what you do is the following. You mine ark all day, refine it, haul the megacyte to empire and bring isotopes back up. Or your corp hauls 5 indies worth of megacyte to empire one day (escorted and all) and brings back 10 full of isotopes. To be repeated monthly.
Sorry it's not easy, but I dn't think it's supposed to be.
