First of all, I have been on off this game for a long time so I am not gonna be the Judge, or Gonna tell
anyone what to do.
- But, I do hope we can figure out a new Credit Rating System. And all we need is an updated thread
that will do it.
I`ll make it easy and say the Cosmoray can both be an investor and the Man, who does the Rating.
Dont reinvent the wheel here it is Credit rating
- There are many out there that do wanna invest, and do need Isk for investments. As Well for the tards
that think that scamming is "fun"
Whats the point?
- The higher the rating more you can "trust" ex has proven and given out the promised Iks X numbers of times..
- Not Everyone her knows people by name, and the Credit rating will make sure that you dont need to ask
- X have done X many bonds with a 100% rate. but one that have just joined MD dont know him
