If they reinburse the losses, they will have to retrospectively reiumburse all of NC's losses in Geminate against ATLAS too. And do so in any large, laggy fights going forward. I might be wrong, but it will be an interesting gambit by ccp if they don't acknowledge the technical issues here.

Just imagine you have a friend you want him to join you playing EVE. You show him Dominion trailer to motivate him. After some time he gets into a fight like today... he'd be an idiot to pay again. I feel bad for all people that lost every single ship while not loading grid. Isn't this game supposed to be about the fights and who outmanoevred another fleet?!?! All we (AND I MEAN ALL OF US) are left with is lag, whine, logging off tactics, ,blue balling, waiting for fights that don't happen, local spam, petitions, CAOD tears, and people that feel important when they say someone deserved lag death...
