with shiva tech II parts can be built from blueprint, the materail's come pilot owned space stations, how will this effect the price of tech moduals and ships ? also with backwards engeering of meta moduals (if not just a rumer)and level 4 mission give empire pilots acess to meta moduals as well. Then their the nock-on effect to tech I price and common mineral becomeing cheaper due to mining barges and modulated mining laser.
so whats your opinion ?

It should eventually reduce the prices of T2 equip and ships.
The saving on T1 stuff through BPCs and mins should now be replicated through mins -> components -> end product + BPCs required.
However, it will most likely be a slow descent as everyone will continue to sell at the established reasonable price bands for a while until a few break ranks to get their stuff sold at the new 'decent profit' margins.

loads of variables involved: 1) time it takes to make tech2 component ( lower the better) 2) setup cost of pos (looks to be around 200m +) + security concerns. 3) rate of reaction produced by station vs time. 4) rate of ice mined for station fuel 5) haulage time between ice field and refinery and POS. 6) sundry extras (eg time spent scanning moons )

I posted some stuff here in the factory forum today: click!
POS, moon mining and the process of make simple and complex reaections to get the materials required to build t2 components seems tedious and rather expensive.

missiles now are100 per run, instead of 10 heres a link to the factory section

this will also chnage the eve market quite a lot

I started production of some tech2 components tonight. It takes 13 mins to produce 1 unit. Thats like less than 110 units over a 24h cycle... Consider all the pre-work before even start build the tech2 comps.... It's not worth it.
It's not that long ago one of my agents did hand out 300 nanoelectrical coprocessors. That would be 3 days worth of factory building for a producer. Not counting trouble with set up a pos, moon mining, the simple and complex reactions. I think CCP had their head in a bucket when they thought up all this.

Good maybe the majority of the tech2 comps will now be traded ABOVE refine value.

Well, with how things work currently, expect the cost of t2 ships increase 200% or so as well..

The price of T2 components doesnt really have anything to do with their build cost. The "problem" is with the number of BPO's and how many owners of said BPO's have set up cartels to keep the price of some modules very high. If cap charger II's cost 200 Isk to make they would still sell for the huge prices they currently do. If CCP wants the prices to drop the need to add more BPO's or offer BPC's through the loyalty point system. --------------------------------------------------

from this pos guide http://www.hktek.net/eve/posfaq.php
Resource Requirements per HOUR: ? Enriched Uranium: 4 units ? Oxygen: 50 units ? Mechanical Parts: 5 units ? Coolant: 8 units ? Robotics: 1 unit
? Nitrogen Isotopes: 1500 units (used by Caldari towers only) ? Helium Isotopes: 1500 units (used by Amarr towers only) ? Oxygen Isotopes: 1500 units (used by Gallente towers only) ? Hydrogen Isotopes: 1500 units (used by Minmatar towers only) ? Liquid Ozone: 150 units (rate of usage varies on the Control Tower's power usage) ? Heavy Water: 150 units (rate of usage varies on the Control Tower's CPU usage) ? Strontium Clathrates: 450 units (used only when the tower is in 'Reinforced Mode')
