They knew it long before the war was over and was preparing even during the war with the PA. Oh but how do you know this LL?? Because I saw the reasons and the cease fire draft long before the PA knew about it and tbh, i'm in the alliance. A person who has seen both sides and can say confidently that I am right and you are wrong
