Hehe simple, she payed us of for safe passage (no biggy) Dont know bout JQA except my own experiences and they seem to fire at anything that enter the area "near" jqa or syndicate or such!

If your in an NPC corp in 0.0 space in or around JQA territory especialy in a small ship, you are classed as a spy and will be KOS, no matter how old your character is. Allot of rats have very old NPC corp alts.
Secondly openly admiting to funding known pirates makes you even more KOS, so there is quite a simple solution.
Do not travel in 0.0 space if you belong to a NPC corp, this is not exclusive to Syndicate, as it is a general rule in all 0.0 space.
Yes we do no longer give a verbal challenge to NPC corp members as 9 times out of 10 we just get the run around, and I dare say this is the same for most alliances.
JQA are not pirates, just ask the local inteligent pirates who we fight on a near daily basis. Sadly CKieschnick does not fall into the inteligent catagory
