Introduction
Hi, you can call me Leeya. I have found the main trade hub JITA. There I will bring change to how the market works.
At first I will be trading ammunition and selling it for up to 10%. I would also like to build some of the more voluminous ammunition and for that I will require blueprints.
I will be asking for isk to get started on this venture. I looked at the different ammunition like missiles and projectile bullets and came to a number that I should be able to effectively handle with the few skills I have.
Business Outline
2 billion isk will be required for this Venture.
10% interest will be gained every month starting from the day the IPO starts, which is when all 2 billion is in my care.
I will not be leaving Jita. I will not undock with more than my Ibis.
Risks
I am a student and may not be able to do as much business as I hope. I will attempt to make up for this by scheduling everything with room for changes.
I am a new character and I may just walk away with your isk, if you feel unsafe with me I can't change that.
I may die. I am a human being for now and can die a horrible death from the flu or from being run over by an automobile. If you are worried about this please keep in mind that it is as likely to happen to you as it is to happen to me.
I may make a mistake and lose a lot of isk in one trade that could set me back so far I will not be able to recover. I hope this isn't the biggest risk for you because I have not been diagnosed with any disabilities to date.
Details
I will be buying and selling in the main JITA station. If I do better than expected I may try buying some frigates and missile launchers and artillery.
I will expect to keep 5% of the isk made from the trading. When I make more isk than is required to pay you the interest of 10% and keep for myself 5% I will send the rest to you as a thanks for helping me learn about the trading in this game.
I will buy blueprints for ammunition and start the minimum amount of research to make them profitable. These will be only the small ones to give me stock to stay consistent in the market.
About me
I am a short and athletic girl in my youth. I like to stay in shape and go swimming or bicycling in the summer, in the winter I like going snowboarding and taking walks in the fresh snow. My name here was made as a dedication to my pet hamster.

A: I have been in Jita before and I have read some of the trading to 1 Billion in a month threads. I will be able to use all 2 billion responsibly.
Q: Have you played Eve before? You know a few things.
A: Yes, twice and both times on trial and left. Finally have some extra time to really get into it.
Q: Audit?
A: There is nothing to Audit yet. I may be experimenting at a small scale with named modules and do not want to risk that information to anyone in the future.
Q: Pics?
A: No there will be no pictures of me or where I live.
Q: Should I send isk now? I am going on vacation tomorrow.
A: Your isk will be sent back if you send it early. The IPO will start as soon as there are enough people interested to fill 2 billion isk.
Q: Why don't you trade up with the starter isk and ask us again in a month?
A: I will be in Jita and I have been looking at the Market every time I've tried Eve, I can use the entire 2 billion now.
Additional Information
The IPO will only last 2 months, shares may be used to make payout easier.

To clear up, is this a bond or an IPO?
You have stated information in your business plan about shares and IPOs, but, you also have mentioned payments lasting only 2 months of 10% and nothing about paying back the raised 2 Billion investment. From what I have taken from your business plan, you are gaining 2 Billion, paying 10% of whatever you make to your investors for 2 months and then keeping everything? Could you please clear this up for me.
A publicly run company is where shareholders (investors) own part of the company and so should be given constant dividends every month. While, a Bond (which is what I think you are talking about) is more of a loan. You would be loaned this 2 Billion Isk by your investors and you would in turn reward them 10% interest a month and then by the end of the 2 months that you have stated you would need to pay back the 2 Billion loan.

Where do I begin? The fact that you're using Jita as your base, where margins are slim to nonexistent? The fact that you've chosen ammo to trade in, which already has razor thin margins to begin with? Or the fact that you think you can keep 2b in circulation trading ammo in Jita while making a 10% profit?

You are talking about shares and IPO's but you mention interest/payments on shares only lasting 2 months which would mean a bond, but, you mention nothing about paying back the invested ISK. You would gain 2 Billion Isk, you would pay 10% of your profits, then after two months keep the investment?
The whole point of a publicly run company (shares) is that the share holder receives dividends every month (within reason).
Are you perhaps thinking of a Bond? (Meaning you will need to pay back your investors after the two months - it is much like a loan)
This will be an IPO because the payout will be dependent on the profits. Interest will be paid at the end of the first month and at the end of the second. The second month's interest will be sent along with the initial isk.

Leeya, thank you for the detailed post.
Two billion is a bit much for someone to start learning with. If you're serious about getting into trading, perhaps you can find a veteran trader that is willing to be your mentor (and perhaps loan you some funds in the process).
You've got a lot of skill training to do if you want to specialize in trading and manufacturing - you'd be better off enjoying the journey as you grow your character.

Hey Leeya, you are pledging to keep only 5 % of 2 bn for yourself after trading for 2 months. That is 100 million isk that you will earn in 2 months.
This makes your plan look pretty foolish. You could easily start trading today, with your noob starting capital of 3,000 isk, and arrive at more than 100 mil isk after 2 months. You would learn a lot more too.

Unlikely, due to work I travel so much (in car) even with snow covered roads etc that it's more likely that I die than you.

@OP: Your about me section seems irrelevant. This is not a job interview. I for one hope (sound) investments are not entirely hinged on the person who creates an offering's likes and dislikes.
Instead, highlight things about yourself that at least has some connection to how well you may be able to run your plan. In-game know-how should take precedence of course; anything further you can add to your understanding of the eve market (without needing to reveal any trade secrets, if any) will be helpful in us making a more informed assessment.

Luck Yourself Into Isk would like to talk with you and see if we can help each other out. I have always enjoyed helping people get into markets that they like to attack, and I have the isk, public funds, and blue prints already in hand to accomplish your goals.
It would be less risk since I will lock down the BPO's, and I already own most if not all of them, so less startup cost as well. I also own many other BPO's and can point you into a few other directions that may help your plan out.

If its a serious request for investment, it fails on grounds of incompetence. Jita for manufacturing? Manuf. ammo? On low skill character??? With all respect, assuming sincerity from OP, you have no idea what you're doing.
If its a scam request, its also fail. Posing as an incompetent (see above) is a fail attempt at a scam. 2 hour old character seekign 2 bill? C'mon .... Weak.
