So much ignorance in this thread. Let's set the facts straight:
1. 5% of EVE is 0.0 - Ah the biggest lie ever. Even CCP is not aware of how false this statement is as. 90% of economy works for 0.0 so do your math again before you come up with "0.0 is not that important". Imagine the consequences on EVE if 0.0 stopped existing.
2. CCP can do something about current problems - Eh! You wish! CCP is "doing scrum", unfortunately in totally wrong fashion. Their QA team is too small and too strained to be able to do anything smart about what their developers are throwing out into production. The result is ever increasing technical debt. They do not have it under control, they can only try to ease some of the symptoms, like throwing more powerful hardware on it whenever they can afford it. In the end CCP will be forced to re-write EVE to be able to handle large fleet fights the way they promised it should work.
So even if you were to bring Jita down every day or leave the game CCP would be powerless (and clueless) to do anything about it. Let me spell the obvious to you: EVE is dead (in the form we play it now).
Now CCP how about that EVE FPS for consoles since you can't do any better?

Kid, some of us have lives outside of EVE and they happen to be heavily involved with software development. Also some of us are able to see beyond our noses unlike you. And no, you won't get a job at CCP by sucking up to them, they have plenty of ignoramuses lined up to be GMs.
EVE is dead, not tomorrow, not in 5 months, but pretty soon compared to history they have behind them. Adding new features to EVE is like stacking oil barrels on house of cards.
