Let's look at the evidence.
First Mickey Simon leaves, with the Noir. cap fleet.
Then Taram Calder stages a coup, taking the CEO role and draining the corp wallet before the return of Alek.
Now DVRN have left, taking with them Alekseyev's Titan. :/
The killboard has been broken since THE NEW YEAR.
All of this can only mean one thing - Noir. is about to disband and Alekseyev will steal what's left of the Noir. cap fleet, drain the corp wallet and empty the hangers.

I logged in to try to skim from the corp wallet and there wasnt anything left to take!
Divine blew up my titan before they left. Rumors of my impending exodus to IT were greatly exaggerated.

1) And people not inside Noir. should care why exactly?
2) This should be in CAOD. If you don't have the ability to post in CAOD that should be clue #1 for you...

They didn't blob us, in all honesty. It was just a very well executed hot drop on their part while we were assaulting a 3rd parties pos.. POS wasn't a huge factor in the fight though.
Their timing was good, they landed on grid when the dreads had about 1.2 minutes left on their siege cycles and were able to get points faster than the dreads could cyno out. Initially we tried to kill some of their caps but our dreads were set up for range, not for capital killing and our RRBS were tank rather than gank fit so their reps were able to hold against our firepower though it looked like we might take down their chimera for a bit till they dropped several of our BS.

Shadow is not a DT alt corp, Was just by luck that one of the directors scout's spotted you at the pos and took it as an oppertunity for some cap kills :)
