So I was trolling CAOD today and I decided it had way too many constructive, well-written posts so I figured I would fix that.
Anyway, those of you who have been watching the sovereignty battle in Fountain may have noticed this crazy alliance called "Black Star Alliance" crop up with sov in some systems.
I just so happen to have fought these guys before so I can honestly say that BLAST is nothing but a massive comedy-fit-fielding joke. I mean really, BoB (doh I mean KenGoku [oh that's right I mean IT Alliance]), you guys have gone way downhill from the likes of MC or EXM or whathaveyou if you're keeping BLAST around as a pet.
(Now before anyone says it, I do realize that most of the corporations that used to make up BLAST, like Rock Grinders, 3M Institute, or my personal favorite, FSXFC24hristi5an_Corp (best corp name ever amirite?) - but, nevertheless, BLAST is still made of fail.)
Anyway, because CAOD deserves nothing less, here's a hilarious killboard link of a battle while they were defending a POS (with no less than FIVE BoB carriers assisting them, against our single triage carrier), and of course a YouTube of the fight because FRAPS or it didn't happen.
Finally, a couple o7's to some of the dudes we used to pewpew with back from BLAST:
shinson20022, former BLAST member, present EVOL member, carrier pilot.
Zendoren, because I love you man (how can you not like a guy who gives you great lines like "i hope you engoy war decks because that is what you will be getting for thoe rest of your time in eve"?)
and Animo06 for being the only decent pilot in an armada of failure.
Obligatory TL;DR: BoB/KenGoku/IT Alliance pets are made of fail but still have sov in Fountain lol.

you link is from 6 months ago and doesnt have anything to do with the old and now defunct BoB alliance.
Or is this just a poor attempt at forum whoring to get attention for your corp which clearly hasnt done anything in the last 6 months.
PS. that also looks distinctively like a gate on not a POS as you claim in the OP. You have already made a post about this fight 6 months ago (http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1129940)

-sigh- obvious troll is obvious troll, taking statistics out of context and skewed to make a point, but still it's a chance to put some facts straight.
6 months ago, BLAST was an Empire Training Academy, primarily to train quality pilots that were against grief gaming.
In a little over a month, with their reformation headed up by a now well seasoned former FLA corp and another former NC alliance merger, they have their own tit/cap fleet and are dealing a world of pain to SOT/PL in Fountain.
Today they had 100 in their own fleet on a whim taking out the last of SOT outposts. They are a good/loyal ally, and I wish them the best.

Raises a Toast
Here's to BLAST, probably the best bunch of guys I had the pleasure of running around in Placid with while in 3MN. I've got a lot of memories, several wars experienced, lots a pew-pew that was had by all. We all went or separate ways, but then again, that's the case in Empire Academies.
Here's to Destry's Lounge, great guys that i had the pleasure of calling neighbors while living in Grispire. And have had many memories with them in the Josmaert Pocket, dating much prior to BLAST arriving, it was great because neither one of us gave a damn about the ships. It was lonely when you guys moved out of Pelille, I didn't have anyone to lose my ships to anymore.
Give Cobalt my regards, he was always good guy, no matter how many holes he put in my hull.
Morvyn, I didn't participate in that battle myself, but i do know A LOT has changed since that one. And i tend to remember our Alliances at the time gaining a mutual respect for each other as BLAST became more experienced.

I really dont give a **** about all alliances in this post, but maybe if you are so enlightened and born with all the skills to play eve, you can criticize them for trying to make something. One thing I know, I dont see your alliance in the sov map, never heard about it or the pvp skills you have.
This seems like a "I hate IT Alliance" fail post. Just saying

Wow, that's impressive. Their representative this evening was unable to actually kill me, alone, with over 40 of his friends in local, so he resorted to petitioning an enthralling example of storytelling in local. I was giving my treatise on the history of the Maverick Navy, and I used a few words that neither he nor the GM could quite understand, cutting off some of the pivitol parts whithin their history.
