Also, to avoid getting bumped, miners can easily just hump some roid in a spot between some roids where they can't be bumped away. But yeah, prone to being ganked. |

In reality James will not fight anyone anywhere. I passed through Hal last week and listened to his babbling. He talked a good game. I threw out a can and even named it "pick me up james" naturally he did nothing of the sort and continued spout the same crap he did in his posts. |

The person behind the James 315 ****-char is nothing but a jock douchebag with too much time on his hands.
He is probably someone who does not work for a living and is financially supported by others. This gives him enough time to come up with these jackass griefing models and enormous posts of god-like nonsense-waffle.
His previous griefing plan was ruined by CCP when the latest major Inferno patch came out with revisions to wardecs. This was his previous griefing model, which he would carry out every 1-2 weeks:
1) set up a separate trial account (violating the EULA since he was using trial acounts to assist his in-game activities)
2) use that new trial account to form an NPC corp
3) use that NPC corp to delcare war on 1-to-3 NPC corps w/ hi-sec miners in them
4) wait a week, 'til the wardecs are nearly over
5) he locates some of his war targets using chars that are not at war
6) He jumps his James 315 ****-char into his trial account NPC corp and attacks/destroys the players (it didn't always work)
7) He pulls his James 15 ****-char out of the trial account corp after being in it for less than 15 minutes.
8) trial account is left to expire... a new trial account is created for the next round.
This griefing plan used the wardec system as a shield... he wasn't declaring war in the normal sense, just abusing the rules of the game in order to attack players without himself ever being a target. LAME.
You can check the "employment history" of the James 315 ****-char to see how many times he used the above plan, and how it abruptly ceased when CCP raised the cost of wardec'ing.
He simply lives to grief and he, in fact, is the low-life of the game. |

Not so. I am always up for a good 1v1, just like any other outstanding PvP champion. 
But as Sun Tzu said, there is no honour in fighting an unworthy opponent, so I choose to fight only the best of the best. The world heavyweight champion doesn't get into brawls with random dudes at the pub, does he?  |

But I will fight anyone, anywhere, anytime. However, given my duties as Supreme Protector of Halaima and Kamio, I recognize there are some people who will merely pretend to offer me a duel in order to get me out of my systems. For example, a miner could offer a 1v1 in some far-flung system and then not show up, just to waste my time. That's not what PvP is all about.
My policy on 1v1 duels is simple and fair. In order to qualify, my opponent must pass either the Test of Valour, Test of Wisdom, or Test of Fortitude. Once they've done that--it's on!
And if they're unable to pass any of those three Tests, they wouldn't stand a chance at beating me in a duel anyway. |
