When fighting against the top alliance it isnt uncommon to assume Goons would log in, if anything it is a safety measure, after all in the slightest bit of trouble you Goonies do enjoy bringing 90% of eden to do your work for you, guess we didnt expect such a pitiful turn out on your TZ But thats besides the point were the servers 'reinforced', yes we are all told it was requested but did CCP actually reinforce it?

I've got a clue for you, don't become a cop or a legal investigator. If that's the logic you use to determine whether or not someone's doing something, then you would've sent a ton of innocent people behind bars. But by all means, go ahead.
