I'm pretty sure neither side has been contacted and CCP is just sticking with their usual policy of "Ignore problems until they go away or patch 5 months later"

In any case, assuming this is true, I stand corrected. Well, they have not commented on the node crashes. But that was jsut last night and tonight. They have commented on the fleet lag that has been prominent and compounded since the Dominion patch though, and they say they are working towards a solution. Obviously the new Dominion changes encourage these blobs as the window for sov changes is much smaller, as well as the titan changes now mean there is no way to clear a grid of 500 battleships.
