Ok, I get build cost = 20k per unit and a production rate of 410 per week in a station factory or 550 in a POS array. They currently sell for 145k in Jita and 170-180k in other market hubs.
Daily transaction volume in The Forge (Jita) is approx 500 units, some of which are from buy orders so let's assume 400 units sold per day in Jita and 200 total in the rest of empire. That makes 600 units per day or 4200 units per week. Easily covered by 10 BPOs.
Invention cost is quite high. Around 400k per unit according to my quick calculations. This makes it safe to assume that demand for this module is fully covered by BPOs, and consequently there is nothing stopping the price from continuing to drop for as long as BPO owners still find them worthwhile producing.
Calculating with 500 sold units per week at a profit of 100k per unit (selling with bulk discount to a re-seller to avoid baby-sitting orders 23/7), this makes for 50M profit per week, or 2600M per year.
Well, the OP:s minimum profit numbers seem valid enough for the time being but I'd say there is a rather high chance the price will continue to drop.
Still, at current price level it looks like a decent opportunity, so I will bid:
