Do we need to add cron jobs to call TEA_TS_Cron_Access.php and TEA_TS_Cron_Names.php or are they called by the main cron job ?

You need to call them.
I have names.php running every minute (warn every min, kick after 5 mins) and access running every 30 mins.

Couple of things...
Access by title, is this the title as in titles/roles, or is this the thing where you can assign any title you want to an individual member??
Ever thought about adding mumble to the support list?
Ever thought about adding something to be able to check a character sheet on here? Would be nice to be able to have a player join, be able to add them to a probation group (based off of time in corp or something...would need an option for that as well) and then be able to check their corp/wallet history and their skills.
And is this going to be ready for custom API key's? -------------- (Insert whatever you want here) |

SMF 2.0 | SMF ¬ 2011, Simple Machines TEA 1.3.0 r161 ¬ 2009-2011, Temars EVE API
Weird Issue: I am trying to setup Jabber integration. In the admin panel, all looks well, and it even successfully pulled the user groups from the jabber server in.
When a user goes to register for jabber, all it prompts for in a password. I'm assuming this is to set your password on the jabber server. When I enter a password and click save, I get a response saying the registration was successful and it tells me my username and display name. The weird part is, no user is actually created on the jabber server.
I have installed the user admin plugin, and verified that it works. I have opened up the ports on my firewall for the admin port(9090) and the HTTP binding port (7070). There are no errors reported either on the web server or in the openfire logs.
What am I missing?

I tried installing both the official version of tea and the latest trunk, neither give me any options on SMF 2.0. I tried to look for SMF 2 Gold but could not find it
Any help?

Been running this mod for a while and it has been working very well.
We have just enabled the TS3 mod and saved some settings but now when I goto the Teamspeak config I get this error
Fatal error: Class 'TeamSpeak3_Helper_Profiler' not found in /home/*******/public_html/forums/Sources/TS3_Class/TeamSpeak3.php on line 516
Any idea what is wrong?

I take it back. I just checked the SMF error log for errors, and there are errors there

The TS3_Class folder had not installed correctly, I did a manual upload and it works fine now.

Edited by: Nose Snot on 31/08/2011 05:04:58 Having an issue... when an account applies with the proper API config for my corp, any of his toons on that account are able to post even though they are not in the selected corp. The API is approving all toons on the account the same. Shouldn't it only be approving the one account in the correct corp. I've checked all the rules, but they all seem fine to me. Is this working right?

In my install which is smf 2.0 this is actually the gold edition, as it ias no RC after it. But in my install the actuall link for the mod is under Configuration and at the bottom called Temars Eve Api. May not be at the bottom of yours depends what you have installed.
On another note the customizable API looks awesome, hope TEA wll have this incorporated soon.

hrm...
this isn't working nearly as well as it did on my test thing :(
When I have ts3 registration enabled, and go to register, I select my character, and it does a load, and then returns an invalid clientID. still saying unregistered for the user.
and then still have my above error for Jabber/openfire. -------------- I'm too lazy to come up with a sig |

Hello, I have been testing the Teamspeak part of the mod on a test server and had it working great. But now I am trying to implement it on my live server I get the same error no matter what I try. I believe it is being caused by the live server and its firewall, below is the error and can someone verify this or is there something else I can try.
[ERROR] Connection timed out
I know the server details etc are correct and query user password as well.
Just on another note is there somewhere that I can see a report on how many APIs are current invalid etc, or is this a feature that may be implemented later. I know it was in ESAM, but cannot find it in TEA.
Thanks

Ok, I realized what it was doing....
I have it setup in the TS settings to show: #at# | #ct# | #name#
but it's cutting off the #at# to have it do | #ct# | #name#
So when I would try logging in, it wouldn't go.
I have tried various configurations, and it doesn't want to recognize the #at# tag in teamspeak settings.
Any idea's? -------------- I'm too lazy to come up with a sig |

Nice work Temar but I have a question.
Is it possible to run a cron job so the permissions stay updated.
If the user has a persistent cookie or logs in before the cookie expires so it resets, they keep there old permissions if they have left the alliance.
Just wondering if there is a setting I have missed.

FYI...its just the TS3 part that isn't accepting the #at# tag.
And did you see the error for openfire I posted? Seems to not have added the needed tables. Got an sql query I could use on the openfire db? -------------- I'm too lazy to come up with a sig |

I do it by having a main rule towards the bottom of the list of rules for API issues with the rule set to IS => Invalid API and it then shoves those members into to non working api group. Also its set as an OR rule.

Is it me or has this mod broke?
Seems the api call is not working, is it down or do we need to change something?
