EVE Online: Dominion 1.1 will be deployed this Thursday, January 21, 2010. Dominion 1.1 will see the emergence of Supercarriers and fighter bombers on the battlefield, changes to territorial control units for claiming sovereignty and new EVE Voice fonts.
The deployment process will begin at 07:00 UTC and is expected to be completed at 13:00 UTC. Patch notes are available for review.

Update as promised:
There are two new columns in the API related to taxation a character gets when they receive bounties, mission rewards or mission time bonuses.
ò taxReceiverID (corporation ID who received the tax)
ò taxAmount (the amount of tax paid)
The in-game wallet still shows a separate transaction where the tax was paid but the API combines these into one transaction where amount plus taxAmount = amount in first transaction displayed in-game.
