Hello C&P.
Many of you may remember a little scam I pulled off against a Mr Joe Phoenix many months ago that resulted in an IEEE investigation against him that is still ongoing. Well today I decided it was about time to liberate Joe of most of his isk (I was going to go for all of it, but unfortunately its a bit obvious giving exact amounts).
The story begins a week ago when Joe went crying to CVA to protect him. I decided at the time that Joe had more isk than his intelligence entitled him to have, so I got one of my old sleeper alts out of mothballs (you know, those extra characters you make for one reason or another that have no skills but you don't bio them) and attempted to pull a scam.
The initial plan was to pose as a CVA diplomat and offer to set the IEEE KOS, for a price. I managed to make contact with Joe and convince him my alt was a CVA diplomat (while only being 11 months old and still in the noob corp). Unfortunately the IEEE managed to get themselves set KOS on the day i was going to offer the deal, so this left me hanging with a CVA diplomat and nothing to do.
So I thought long and hard about it and finally came up with the plan. I will sell Joe some moons.. Ok, that's obvious.. I will contract scam Joe. I will 'give' him a loan and tell him he can use the isk to buy towers that he can put around the moons that CVA will grant him.. Yes, that's more like it..
So, a few mails later and I have convinced Joe that CVA would like to offer him an amazing deal. 5 moons and a 2B isk loan to put up towers around those moons. Mine the moons, react the goo, clear 500M isk a month in pure profit.. No monthly fees, no worries about the moons being taken off him, CVA help whenever he needs it.. All for just 800M isk interest payable in 12 months. (Yes, I scammed him for 800M isk, its almost all he had)
One contract later and im the proud owner of 80% of Joe's isk. So this is now the second time I have scammed Mr Phoenix. I would recommend everyone give it a go.. Hes the gift that keeps on giving.

I'd just like to say this is complete dribble, iv never conducted business with this charector or done any kind of transaction like this, so im afraid you will have to come up with another story to get attention

Oh.. you might want to think about getting CVA to set me KOS as im pretty sure impersonating one of their officers is against their rules.. Of course this would mean you have to admit what happened...

I *did* offer the services of an IEEE agent to review Joe's financial records. He appeared hesitant.
I did mention Chribba as an example. Joe immediately said he'd contact Chribba, pay his fees, and remove this stain upon his good name.
We shall see.

The IEEE would like to thank Lana Torrin for the donation of 400 million isk. I understand it is half of the take from the scam for use in paying for the war effort.
