Probably some bugged code with the fighter bombers. Somebody used them for the first time today, and instead of bombing that Raven, they turned right back and shot at the cluster.

Clearly CCP is going through some rough times since Dom 1.0; since they've cut their QA and DBA staff by 50% we can look forward to a reduction in the monthly subsription for this Award Winning EVE experience.
More good news is that obviously CCP has figured out how to recreate atleast  one of their game disabling problems.
