Im am guessing they will raise the cap slowly once they do start letting people in so that the servers are not to hammered.

The EVE insider news clearly says 13:00 GMT ie still 1hr 40 mins from now .....I dont even expect that to be the case , but I have been wrong before ....once in 1989 I think
Seriously though do you really expect it to be before the time they stated ??
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.
