That fit can be upgraded to t2 mods and can run lv3 missions or do low end complexes or 0.0 anomalies r belt rats with ease. But for lv2 missions I would recommend a caracal, since a drake is both a bit clumsy for them, and only has bonuses to heavy and heavy assault missiles, which don't work too well against frigates, which a major part of lv2 missions are. I'd use something like this:

This fit can handle lv2 missions faster than a drake can, since most of the enemies in lv2s are frigs or destroyers, and heavy missiles don't hit them for nearly their full damage, while light missiles do.
