I'd also like to purchase an Amarr kit at the same time to take advantage of the discount, and reserve an Akemon's kit! 395M ISK will be sent to you in-game to cover the reservation fee and the Amarr kit, with the remainder to be sent when I get it :) The Unit pursues invention, manufacturing, mining, and research. They throw you a few high-level agents pretty early on in the chain, requiring higher standings, more or less. I may have been doing it wrong, but my alt with 0.0 caldari state standings had a hard time starting it up as well. What I did, was did both at once, to a certain extent. Ran Caldari until I needed standings, then ran Amarr until I needed standings (As it was high enough by then). This got me high enough that I could use some dirt-cheap tags to bump my standings up enough to finish the rest of Caldari and Amarr pretty easily. Again, I may have been doing it wrong. I'm a noob :)
