A corpie and I were talking today about the theories of WHERE the wormholes themselves are. If they are in a normal galaxy like anywhere else, but just don't have stargates, are there wormholes that are geographically close to one another, just without a way to know which one is next to the other? And if that is so, IF we were to find a way to figure out which ones were close to each other, would cyno transportation be viable?

Note that solar technology uses Mirrors..
As for why W-Space is the location of Sleepers and their drones, I am thinking their research into stars and their research into evolving made them 'allergic' to regular stars and forced them into W space. Totally not supported of course ;)
As to Jovians, I like to think that they are pragmatically trying to keep humanity alive.

perhaps they were experimenting on stars as a way of generating a power source to be able to jump to anywhere, from anywhere. The result, however, was a bunch of dead stars and cracked planets.

I just thought of something: has anyone tried bringing a "Talocan Ignition Device" to a Polestar? This is cosmos salvage, which is in k-space. I know that is used for building storyline devices, but why couldn't it be used for activating another site in w-space?
Also: the fact that a sleeper site lists Talocan technology as something they were studying kind of seems to me that they MAY HAVE come along after the Talocans. |

I think that, based on the k-space sleeper salvage, it should pretty much be a fact that the sleepers no longer had human bodies for the most part. For example, the "sleeper reintegration control." This basically says that they digitized themselves, but were able to put themselves back into human bodies. |

I just noticed something: If you item-link the word talocan in-game, there is an option for a Talocan Data Analyzer I. Where in the world do you get that thing?! If anyone has this, or knows how to get it, take it to an intergrated terminus and try to use it! Also, does anyone know anything else about it? |

Notice how there is a Sleeper and a Talocan data analyzer, but no Takmahl or Yan Jung. This HAS to be w-space related, because as far as I know, there have been no Takmahl or Yan Jung relics found in w-space. I certainly hope ccp throws us a bone soon :) |

Where, specifically, does it say that the Takmahl were members of the Amarrian Empire? Forgive me if I have missed something, but all I can see is that they used to occupy Amarrian space. If they were in fact a part of the Amarr Empire, then why don't the Amarrians know more about them and have even more advanced technology like the Takmahl did? |

Just noticed something: The Jovian Specter frigate has a circle underneath the main part of the ship... could this be a portal-generating ship? |

Found some more than likely Talocan or sleeper relics in Sarekuwa. Circular constructions, lined up.

Quote: Earths 2.3billion light years away from eve
Just because there is a great distance, doesn't mean it isn't possible. Remember, it was the EvE gate, a wormhole, which brought humanity to the EvE cluster to begin with. |
