Modus Operandi: Sends gang invite to prey hoping they will be new enough to accept such an invite from a total stranger, planning to warp to the victim for the kill.
Bounty: 50k isk
Distinguishing Characteristics: Highly trained defensive mechanism, capable of laughable character attacks and slander when ridiculed for such minor tactics. Extremely volatile temper evident in his communications see quote below

Pity he didn't have that bounty two days ago when he tried that on me. I warned him off and then blocked him, but my Rupture load-out would have torn him to shreds and I half wished he had pushed the issue. I thought about killing him anyway, but without a bounty on him I was afraid that Concorde would kick my butt instead :)
Anyway, guy is a loser and he's got my worst rating. Next time I see him he's flying a flashing egg.

I'd like to add the following to your report:
The pilot in question (Vito GF) has stolen from our mining operatives on occassion in and around the Vilur system in Metropolis region. When confronted about his actions, we recieved much the same response as you had. Too bad we were in higher security space.

Hes in a rifter hes gonna be dust in no time :) would do it myself but its over 40 jumps from me and he will probably be dead by then. Though I would love to see more posts like this.

Pretty risky tactic if you're in a frigate.
Would be fun to see the look on his face if he warped to the "victim" and stumbled on a BS. :)
(Or a cruiser I suppose)

THis guy was around for the MoO blockadge of HLW last night. Dunno who he had to &*(^ to get that job, but hey. Maybe it's just that MoO like anyone who is a meanspirited *******. Certainly he isn't as apparently bright as some (not all) of the MoOsters, but maybe there is some kinship....

Vito GF is a former member of Black Death the same as me he also ripped us off & stole isk & bp's from Black Death & killed some members while running. Most of the EX black death members are now with me in Olympus Titan corp,
We greatly want too kill or see him killed.
