Providence holders welcoming know pirates who are on the CVA KOS records... what's next? Everyone deserves the right to change... but holders have never been very easy going on this. I wonder what their reasoning is... hoping to grab a handful of pilots who might actually fight? Hmmm

This is coming from a member of the nearly 800 man alliance who hides in their 0.0 pit to avoid high sec combat?
