Nice to see that the implosion of CVA and its constituent boot-licking parts is bringing such a diverse set of pilots and organizations together. Truly heart warming it is! I'll just pour myself a drink and watch from the comfort of my quarters...

So does this combined with the fact that your lot are hanging around Derelik mean that you're coming out to join the party? ____________________ GM Sunshine > oops Neurotica > Hate to see a GM in your gang say 'oops'

Ahh, Tigerfish Torpedo. May I call you TT?
I remember with fondness the simpler times when we first met you -- us, a fledgling corporation and you the empire greifers that you continue to be. I realize when we joined Sev3rance you were on the verge of war deccing us again (and if my memory is incorrect on this I apologize), but we weren't willing to wait on your plans to get along with our plans.
I feel sorry for all those that you've promised protection to only extort in your quest, as they ended up taking the brunt of damages in the namesake of your wars -- but perhaps this is my misinterpretation. The history of groups jumping in and out after heavy losses might have some other meaning that I've failed to grasp.
A toast to some good fights to come. I'm glad you've rejoined The Crimson Federation, killing your dellusioned cult is not nearly as satisfying as slapping a bear in the face.

Lol, you say that you are so powerful and so strong and yet you are forced to rely on, or was it Star Fraction that relied on you to reinforce their forces? From the post below you, it does seem so that neither alliance would have won against us if they did not have each other. Sadly again, I was not there as a greater majority Kings were not there, again, bad timing for us US TZ based members. I was soundly asleep.

Sev3rance came, they died in a fire, their retreat broke apart and small groups ran into a second trap in KBP/XHQ, there was more flaming death. It is war.
Crimson Federation was integral, they arrived in perfect timing and as with others they visited liquefying death to Sev3rance and their neutral medical ships.
Respect for the glorious warfare.
Sev3rance assumed they could win with superior numbers and that their enemies would remain inert as they blobbed up. They were wrong. They learned nothing from the battle of Space and Freedom II.
I rejoice to the ancestors for the victorious dead and keep to the wisdom that battles may be won or lost, but the war will still rage on. The Crimson Federation, among other forces, were rather victorious this day. But today isnÆt over, the war isnÆt over and there are still opportunities for mayhem and violence. Be it in Sev3ranceÆs pocket, Providence wide, Empire space, the Hubs, the Amarr/Minamtar conflict zones, war has come and it is being prosecuted everywhere. This has all just begun, we have a very long bloody campaign planned.
To The Crimson Federation I, salute you. Your fire discipline and speed of deployment are the signs of your professionalism.
So again, the mighty Star Fraction has to run to bigger brother Ushra'Khan and lick boot to get help. The Crimson help just shows that little extra, you can't fight your own wars.
But I will be leaving this discussion, I have other business to attend to. Good day.

We were on a... "fact finding mission." Basically, from what I've observed in the past, Providence, as a political entity, contains a number of alliances who like CVA for their stance against piracy and because of the relatively open way they govern their space, but for whom the Empress, Empire and particularly slavery are a subject where there stance is "Uh, well, whatever."
So, while we are indeed hostile with CVA, we've sent a lot of diplomatic communications into Providence in an effort to establish that this need not necessarily carry over to other "holders" (no offence intended but I hate the term with its connotations of slavery).
This all stems back to a time when a member of Paxton Federation engaged us in lowsec in the belief that we were pirates - he did not seem to know there was any distinction between us being politically red to CVA and us being pirates.
Should the Providence holders choose to shoot us because they wish to stand with CVA against all comers, that's well and good and an informed choice. If they have nothing whatsoever to do with slavery and shoot us because they believe we will kill them in acts of piracy, then that's not so good... a pointless waste of lives based on mistaken beliefs. And we have no idea who stands where, as our efforts at diplomatic contact have met with zip in the way of reply.
So, we sent a fleet down for a wander through Providence so we could take note of exactly who had us red.
The answer was "Pretty much everyone."
That's not our only reason for being there, by any means. We were there when Unity fell and if Deliverance Recliamed (I know CVA fixed the spelling but I have a long memory) should pass back to Ushra'Khan, it is a lot easier to give one's brethren a hug if you're at least under the same sun. They don't need us, by any means - it's just important for some of us to be there to see the cycle close. -Eva-

*cough* Scagga, you were wandering around Molden Heath shooting at us, but when we changed your status from political red to red for piracy, it was after you repeatedly fleeted with local pirates to engage neutral passers-by and non-aggressors.
You earned your status and pretty thoroughly at that and the reasons for it were marked on our public standings list, which we maintain specifically so no-one feels obliged to red someone who poses no threat to them while they are setting standings based on those on our red list who are a threat to free traffic in the Republic.
In summary, what actually happened in that situation was a model of the point I am trying to make - dissemination of standings information in such a way as to allow free, informed choice without imposing our politics on others - not a denial of it.

You will have opportunity to fight tonight when the new Dital Tower comes out of reinforcement at 03:30 hours Major Templar. I will look for you on the battlefield.
Less bleating about numbers though please. Sev3rance have almost 10,000 allies to call upon and Providence is well-capable of darkening the skies with slaver ships when it pleases to. Your enemies do not weep and tear their beards in frustration - they adapt and fight with cunning heroics and innovation. You might try to learn the same.

Ushra'khan are our allies, Crimson Federation are our friends. We have many friends. Just like you used to. But I find it difficult to feel guilty utilizing our comrades-at-arms in battles against Providence. You were the past masters of disproportionate numbers. You reap what you sow.

Tordanis,
What a pleasure to see you here my old friend. I trust the years have been kind to you?
Last night we formed up in Dital for a POS defense, but with a combined fleet of over 60 ships, we took the fight directly to those Sev3rance dogs in KBP. Considering the 'might' of these CVA lapdogs, we were sadly disappointed that their words could not be backed up with the firepower they promised. It was even more interesting that whilst we were attacking the 'Pig sty' in KBP, we were all invited to a pool party by a Sev3rance spokesman. I on behalf of CRMSN would be delighted to attend.
So, back to my original point... Where was this Kings Of Eden fleet Major? Did you not tell us to come to KBP to face you? I came, but I found you all cowering in station. Tell me, can you truly profess to not be CVA lapdogs when your military might disappears the moment CVA are otherwise engaged?
Regards,

Sev3rance didn't muster a fleet. We repaired the endangered control tower, deployed another one (just in case) and then proceeded to trap the few Sev3rance who dared to show their faces at the "pigsty" (Sev3rance 0.0 HQ) station bar inside said station for 3 hours hours while our logistics operations were ongoing.
One Sev3rance allied Tengu Strategic Cruiser pilot paid the price for Sev3rance lack of courage and endurance and was executed by our battlegroup alongside a couple of lonely stealth bombers.
I can only imagine that Sev3rance was having a night off. Continual efforts to prevent Star Fraction and our allies from having a deployment presence in Dital must have worn down their enthusiasm for the conflict.
