My stat remap is coming up in a few months and I'm thinking about using this as an opportunity to start (and finish) the Leadership tree on my character. With max charisma and willpower filled up as secondary I have 144 days of training with just Leadership skills. In order for it to be worthwhile I'd need to fill it up to nearly a full year.. So other than Leadership what could I train that requires high Charisma?

Aside from leadership, theres the social skills, and Infomorph Psychology, as well as the corporation management skills.
Definately nothing there thats worth taking a year of otherwise screwed stats for. It's best if you just go for a even spread system, with some slight emphasis on charisma if you're wanting the bonus in that direction, rather than maxing out charisma.

Trade skills have Charisma as a secondary attribute, I've found they can save you a fair bit of cash when putting up sell and buy orders. This of course depends if you do a lot of selling or buying, every bit helps in the long run.

I have 3 charisma. No way I'm gonna remap and lose that.
My leadership alt has 5 charisma. My POS-sitter alt with Starbase Defense also has 5 charisma.
I'd train charisma skills while it was at 8, then remap and never look back. If you missed those than don't worry about it either.

If you're gonna train for leadership and charisma skills, I'd probably get 15 willpower 9 charisma myself. Gives you a wider field of skilltraining at a pretty decent speed.

This. 15 willpower will give you awesome t2 ship skill training speed.
