I would like to run L4 missions but I do not want to have to put in too much effort.
I would like to just warp to a site, activate hardeners/booster, shoot things and tractor the loot without having to move.
I would also prefer to not have to manage a tank.
Another plus would be to have a hardener set-up which I would not have to swap out for different missions.
I can spend 200-500 mil on fittings.

I agree, if you want to be that lazy, then the golem is not the ship for you and also, you cant be that isk tight with the booster. Get the snake, then tank is sorted. with your low budget, your very restricted.

Passive tanked Rattlesnake sounds like what you're asking for. Stupifyingly good tank, reasonable DPS with sentry drones, doesn't need any faction/deadspace gear to be effective. This is the omni tanked passive Rattlesnake I have EFTed, but note that it is way, way overtanked. Plus, an L4 'Snake would probably use omni links.

Last I checked, the Pithi-B's cost ~100 million isk each. You can either:
a) add Rigor Rigs. You can also ditch the Target Painter if that's too much micro management (and add another shield hardener, shield boost amp, or cap recharger II if you want) or
b) add Cap Rigs. Add more BCS units.
If possible, upgrade the BCS IIs to CN BCS modules. Upgrade the Shield Boost Amp to a CN Shield Boost Amp.
You can also get some implants to improve your cap recharge and/or missile damage.

How much would need to be spent on fittings if I still wanted to use a Golem. I can't imagine myself flying from wreck to wreck trying to loot.
