So? What are the results of the tests? Tanis promised us some info on the test results, but we have none except this.
Actually I don't understand why you promise things you don't do, and you don't even explain why you don't.

I don't understand what is the problem in telling the test results to the playerbase.
Maybe the problem is that things are not going well, and nobody wants to tell us this.
CCP didn't ever fix the mess that came with Dominion, and they already shifted the focus on the next expansion.
The thing I don't really understand is what was wrong with apocrypha and why you had to mess with it.

Dominion was released 6 months ago.
In six months CCP
-did not manage to understand why apocrypha was way better
-did not change anything on the gameplay mechanics to avoid 1000+ fights that will always be laggy, even with the best SW and HW technology.
I am just not going into big fights anymore, they are fun for the FCs only (maybe).
CCP should understand that without a gameplay mechanic modification they are not going anywhere.

So? What are the results? Many people report lag and node chrashes around the cluster even with 50 people in local.
While it seems that the client runs far smoother, it seems that server issues are becoming even more complicated.
We need a Dev Blog explaining the efforts and challenges that CCP encountered so far and tells us how long do you need to fix EVE.
This is needed because now people will stop playing on Sisi with planetary interaction and CCP will get less people for testing.
