I need a way to import the data from the market that my character sees so that I can implement a statistics program and find where things are being sold. ex exuhmers skill book is sold in places x y and z in a region. I know there is a way, as eve central has their upload program. How can I get this information? Thanks =)
ps I don't know python and it would really suck to have to tear apart eve centrals GNU program when I don't understand 90% of it.

The eve-central uploader (like the eve-metrics uploader) collects data from the EVE CACHE FILES of pilots that are actually in that region and are looking at the market data of that specific item. There is absolutely no magic way to "get" the price data of any item on any market without somebody actually going there first.

okay, my post strictly said information of where my player is. Or are you saying per station? I'm talking per region I'm in. "data from the market that my character sees "

Press the Export button while viewing the market details in game: this will save a copy of those details to My Documents\Eve\logs\MarketLogs\

I meant that you also have to actually load the item(s) in question in your market view, it doesn't get all regional data from all possible items. Sorry I wasn't clearer and only stressing the "have to be there" part.
You have two ways : either the manual export (as the person above already stated) or you can use the cache import player-made code (I forget what it's called and in what it's coded, but it's open source, and you can find it eventually if you search for it in the "tech lab" forum section).
