The credit card I use for eVe expires this month. Knowing this I swapped payment and charged 6 months to a different card. The payment went through and registered on my subscription page. Well later on today, my account was suspended. Eve tried to charge my expired credit card I knowingly replaced with another even though my expired card was replaced by my new one.
Well eVe accepted the charge for the new card for 6 months, suspended my account because of the expired card I changed and now wants 14.95 to reactivated an account that should never been suspended.
I'm still waiting response. Who knows how many different accounts are multi-charged.

1. If the way payment was made on my account was changed, or any information for that matter, and CCP suspended the account, I would be thankful.
2. There have been bugs in the past when changing payment types that puts your account on a temp suspension. This happened about a month ago with GTC's.
Be patient and they (CCP) will respond.
For those who don't complain, get over dramatic and blow things out of proportion, they're known for compensating you. Ones who do many times, get pushed on to the shelf.
