BMBE.BIG-EVE.com
BMBE is in need of extra ISK for it's clients - Hence this bond offering.
- 75B ISK is needed.
- Buy-in's have to be in increments of 5B ISK
- The bond needs to sell a minimum of 75B ISK before being in effect
- All ISK has to be raised (be in my wallet) by friday 2010.02.20 23:59
- Should the bond only be partially filled by the deadline, all ISK will be returned (no interest given)
- Payout is 3% monthly - Paid out monthly (If you buy in on the 26th, you get paid on the 26th)
- Bond length is unknown. A guestimate is around 3 months (but that's all it is. It could be 1 month or 6 months or something else)
- It is expected that bonds will be bought back in stages, as such a buyback can happen in the middle of a month, and your bond payout will be adjusted to fit this (i.e. the interest for that particular month will be adjusted to fit how long we've had your ISK)
- You can ask for preferential treatment when it comes to buybacks, ie. be put in front of those not wanting this (i.e. those wanting to keep the bonds as long as possible)
- There is no collateral except my word on behalf of BMBE.
- You do not need to post here - Simply wire me (TornSoul) the ISK and you're good.
- The bonds will be bought back immediately as funds to do so become available. That is to say, that when this or any other client of BMBE makes down payments on their loans, buybacks will be performed, regardless of any outstanding loan requests.
---------
I'm aware 3% is a pretty low payout, but that's what BMBE can afford/is prepared to offer, so no need to harp on about it. If it's too little for you and you can make a larger profit elsewise, more power to you, I even encourage you to do so instead. This is for those having ISK not being put to use elsewise.

I believe the figures you are looking for can be deduced from this post.

hmm... don't see which numbers you are referring to.
I am not interested in the amount BMBE has loaned to its customers or BMBE equity.
I wanted to ask for the total debt (public bonds and private loans) that TornSoul currently owes to other parties (but I see that my question might have been worded ambiguously).
Just to avoid the "OMGWTF I never knew she had access to that much funding" experience in case anything should go wrong.

Currently the BMBE has 280.5B in outstanding bonds. 70B+50B = 120B was raised publicly on this forum - The rest has been raised privately (with the exact same terms)
This 75B bond, if successful, would raise the total bond amount to 350.5B ISK.

This means that minimum investment is 5B? And you can only invest 5, 10, 15B ...? ---

Yes I'm starting to think so too... I'm devising a new strategy : Instead of asking people to look in their wallet for some "spare ISK" for the bonds, perhaps they should start looking in the couch as well... (You never know what you might find...)

Any collateral?
I do not mind funding the 75bil, not that I would think you would run off with it, but more to do with the other factors you have no control over.
Just asking....

Part of it may be the 5b minimum.
I have no problem with the rate however my total investment portfolio at the moment is only 2.4B spread across a number of investments, hell I couldn't express an interest in a couple of recent bonds due to the 500mil minimum.

kind of surprising how much isk can fit in the couch, you'd figure 15b would make a lump or something

Any smaller investors who want to pool their funds to buy a 5bil bond, please get in touch. If enough interest is expressed I will buy a bond on behalf of the pool and distribute the interest to them for a one off 2% fee.

I'm waiting to hear back from someone who had said he would fill the rest of the bond.
When I hear back from him I'll let you all know if the bond is a go or not.

I'm sorry for the long wait here.
As said I've been waiting for someone to get back to, and I've been stretching it a bit in hopes of "saving" this bond.
Unfortunately that isn't to be.
I'll start returning ISK right after this post.
