A couple of my bug reports say "FIXED IN: planetary interaction", so I guess that's next. Unless of course they like to keep their bugs around... - In simplistic terms it has been said that there is enough Zero Point Energy in the volume the size of a coffee cup to boil away EarthÆs oceans. |

TBH, we already have so many specialized frigates among the T2 variants I dont see the need for T3 frigates.
T3 destroyers though would be something Id like to see... ----- Garr Anders

IIRC from Fanfest last year its going to be (either totally or partly) based around planetary interaction.
I think CCP also need to build a momument in Jita to Oveur's Horse (or Horse's Oveur)

Perhaps more Sleeper based stuff. Some more systems, escalating sleeper sites, sleepers attacking POS and incursions into empire space. Maybe even discovery of sleeper home systems with setup for adding sleeper agents sometime in the near future.
Some more T3 stuff. Some modules, another ship class(probably frigate).
Maybe, perhaps, hopefully, would be really excellent if, T3 rigs. I'm not talking about better versions of the rigs we currently rather rigs that give unique properties. A communication rig that allows you to interact with sleeper agents (see bit about adding sleeper agents), a mini jump drive allowing access to systems connected by a sleeper network (access to sleeper homeworlds), maybe a rig that alters the slot layout in some fashion. Not entirely sure where this would go however, but it would open the door from some cool new directions and ship customisations.
Perhaps some exploration overhauling to adjust for the explosion in people participating in that aspect of the game.

Does CCP have a rough release date in mind? March/June/SoonÖ?
Or is it too dangerous with the Emo brigade wandering the haunted halls of the forums?

On a side note... I think if CCP, or any other game developer, would do some studies, they would realize that a small percentage of their customers created the majority of their issues.
If they would just permaban them it would probably increase the overall attractiveness of the game to fence sitters and maybe even result in a net increase in overall sales.
Just an idea to throw out there.

What they would also find is that this small minority of trouble makers are also an extraordinarily vocal trouble making minority and will browbeat everyone who cares to listen about "how unfairly they were treated by CCP and how it doesn't really matter because EVE is an awful game anyway". A small vocal minority spewing forth reams of emo raging negativity can do more harm to the game's reputation than the initial attraction that getting rid of them would appear to bring.
As an aside, this "small vocal minority" issue is also why most game reviewers tend to come across as frothing at the mouth fanboys who couldn't rub two neurons together between the lot of them.

maybe they could update the mission database like they said they would a few years ago.
like it or not alot of people play the game for the pve content witch at the moment is totally *&%^.
what love have the missions had in the last few years???
oh epic missions or epic fail. they took away most of the good missions(blockade and others)
it would be nice to see sleeper AI in normal missions or even some new missions although that would mean ccp would need to look at the missions so wont happen.they would rather put in new bits and bobs to encourage more úúúú their way without fixing the problems that are already ingame
it seems ccp have forgotten about the mission runners.
is it just me or is the game starting to feel really old hat now?
walking in stations will probably keep us all busy for a night or so then what?
when i 1st started playing i though the devs were really interested in the game and pushing it forward but over time i see that the only thing ccp are interested in is úúúúúúúúú.
after a long time in eve i personally feel my time has come which is sad but have had a lot of good times also.
rant over(never slept good last night)

Focusing on mission grinders isn't a terribly good solution, since you will play through any new content in a fraction of the time it took to create it. You can't keep the people who only play the PvE 'story' interested in any MMO and specially not in EVE where missioning is just a way to make money. CCP keeps adding to it, but it isn't what EVE is about, so they are unlikely to focus heavily on it. They will likely focus on telling little stories from the world of EVE, but the focus has always been on the players and enabling them to do things.
If your goal is to turn the current income grind missions into good story driven PvE content, the current mission system doesn't need any love. The old dog needs to be taken behind the shed and shot. It exists mainly for the purpose of having good ,steady and scalable source of income. Adding new AI won't change its basic nature, but would require people to group more. If the AI is what would make it awesome for you, you can go experience it at anytime in the wormholes already. I would say, that the grind would remain as a grind and the new AI would get old after a short initial period.
The devs are very interested in pushing the game forward, but it seems you have a somewhat mistaken notions of what this game is about. The PvE elements will continue to improve as time goes by, but the main focus will likely remain on other areas. Even in the PvE arena they are likely to keep adding other more interesting ways to PvE, instead of just adding to the current bland missioning system.
