Just my 2 cents:
This is about the only way I can see to do 5 guns + 2 LAR + have damage mods + have some way to sustain cap. Nice thing about this fit is how easy/cheap most of the items are.

Originally by: Cataca Why the hell does everyone overtank that ship to this extend? use use one aux nano accel and one aux nano rig, one t2 lar and 4 mission specific hardeners, that tanks more than enough on every mission. For things like AE bonus room, just swith to another lar and drop a gun. Aim for a 450-500 dps tank for level 4 missions... 1k+ is for level 5
A valid point. I suggest the following as an alternative to the OP:
[Dominix, Dom2] Magnetic Field Stabilizer II Magnetic Field Stabilizer II Large 'Accommodation' Vestment Reconstructer I Armor EM Hardener II Armor EM Hardener II Armor Thermic Hardener II Armor Thermic Hardener II
Omnidirectional Tracking Link I Omnidirectional Tracking Link I Tracking Computer II Tracking Computer II Heavy Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I, Cap Booster 800
350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L 350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L 350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L 350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L 350mm Prototype I Gauss Gun, Antimatter Charge L Drone Link Augmentor I
Large Sentry Damage Augmentor I Large Ancillary Current Router I Large Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Garde I x5 +some more Drones
Can swap rep to faction if money permits and will improve tank. Fits with AWU 4 and a 1$ PG implant or fits with AWU 5. I might even consider dropping the 4th hardener for a 3rd magstab.
Cheers, PL

Originally by: Footoo Rama why go to 350's over dual 250's? the range and dps is negligible? Even with 2x mag stabs the dps is 4 per gun or 20dps on this fit for the secondary weapon system, in addition tracking is way worse making up for the lower dps. Range difference is not an issue with PvE ranges.
All level 5 w/ 2x magstabs II, and prototype gauss varients.
dual 250 No implants needed better tracking .02184 18/15 range
350 plus 4 dps per gun so 20 dps lower tracking .01459 27/25 range
First: YES! The Dominix is the Chuck Norris of Eve :)
Next: Ok. Some interesting points, but I think having decent range in PvE is pretty useful within a reasonable limit. Like in the 40-60km range and still doing most if not all of your max damage potential. The low base range of the dual 250s makes it so you can't run your shorter-range/higher-damage ammo types and be effective in that range. Even if you run a couple of tracking computers w/ scripts you are still forced to run longer-range/lower-damage ammo to hit with an optimal range like I'm suggesting. Admittedly the 250s will have much better tracking for stuff that's inside of say 25km but at that point BC/BS is still pretty easy to hit w/ a bigger gun and if its frig or cruiser you are possibly better off to let your meds/lights do the work. I dunno. Just some thoughts.
Cheers, PL

Originally by: Footoo Rama Apparently no one reads...
For Caldari space the range bonus is negligable since most BS orbit at 30km, also no need for a PG implant. With low skills the second repper pulsed is needed for most pilots, esp if you fit mag stabs in the low and remove a resist mod.
As for % of the dps, it is less then 5% since the majority of the DPS is in Sentry II's the guns are additional. If if you move to a longer range ammo the dps drop to hit to 50km is not that high about 50dps total, on the secondary weapon system.
I think most of us read just fine. Your point is not that compelling. Besides...if you are such an experienced Dominix pilot...why do you still run a dual rep fit? Dual250s only have a place on the Dom if you insist on fitting 2x LAR and only then because of PG issues. Any self-respecting Domi pilot will ditch the 2nd LAR and upgrade their gun damage as soon as they are able. Viewing the guns as only secondary damage is a crippling view of the Dominix. The fits I use do more damage from guns than from Garde II's. That's the only way to move up to much higher ( 1000+ dps ) type of fits and begin to REALLY blitz missions.
