I didn't participate but having the main winner in the same corp as 'third party' is suspect at very minumum...
Given the third party is hardly "recognised" for his legit work i would suspect that there is a good possiblity of a scam
Although the scam may not have come from the starter of the lottery without a bonofide third party or auditable draw there is no way to hide from the fact that the person who draws the lottery has a biased towards a corp mate.
Every lottery worth its salt usually does not allow corp mates (if self drawn) or members of the same corp as the third party as entrants. Also i find it strange that the person who won didn't post in saying "xx tickets bought".. would be intersting too see how many tickets he/she bought with less than a 0.25% chance per ticket then multiplied by number of corporations i would guess at roughly a 0.05% chance (per ticket) that the winner 'luckily' was drawn from same corp
Finally given that the OP was advised by a respectable member of the game "t'amber" to use Chribba API dice that is free to use, but still failed to use it was either
A Negligent mistake that could well have tarnished her lotteries with suggestions such as mine
or
B He/She knew that the winner was already pre-agreed and if a JF was ever on offer is up for dispute.
If either party was game to the 'scam' then i say fair play enjoy and good luck, if neither is then the decent thing would be do provide a new draw that is fully auditable or offer a full refund to show good faith.

After finding out Winner belong to same corp as the Third Party, And it was Just a Big Coincidence.
Zerrazick will have his isk Refunded and we we redraw for the Grand Prize.
Zerrazick must be the most unlucky guy for winning a lotto, then unwinning...

In the light of this it seems that no foul play was in order, and i congralute the winner, but also the '3rd party & OP' for seeing the problem and sorting it.
