Well after flying side by side with Evolution for almost a year now, I cant recall a time when they have ever tolled someone at a gate.
Disordered? Id argue Evolution are among one of the best if not THE best organised Corporation in EVE, their success and the fact they are still going has come directly from their supreme organisation and comradery.
