the nick of my first trial char was "kyuuketsuki" meaning vampire, in japanese. for my new char, i wanted "Muramasa" but soemone had taken it. so i broke it down into a literal sense. and in symphony of the night, it is a vampire blade :D

Been using this name, along with Overkill[TBP] back when starcraft was out in 1996 an I joined a clan that I currently run an have kept it alive for that long.
It was funny how I got the name in broodwar was I was a carrier freak an would have groups of carriers flying all over the map park them over a base an watch the whole thing be destoryed in seconds, hense the overkill.

Pretty much watched a very old UFC tape (Ultimate fighting championship) and saw Bas wtfbbqpwn someone there not long before creating this character, and since I like the flow of the name and couldn't think of anything else at that time, I picked that one.
People from the netherlands keep mistaking me for a dutch guy cause of the nick lol ... I even have several evemail in dutch which I couldn't manage to translate yet ^^ ... I'm german btw, please no more dutch mails kthx

I made my name up completely randomly but some git called Peter F. Hamilton stole it and wrote a massive best-selling series of space science fiction called "Night's Dawn Trilogy" about a starship pilot who saves the galaxy, looks dashing, and has fabulous sex with a lot of gorgeous women.

Mine means "speed" in Japanese... I couldn't think of anything and my character looked japanese, so I chose a variety of names from the English-Japanese dictionary I had to hand...

This is an old Gaelic name I found leafing through a heraldry book of names, loved it, and have used it as an online persona ever since. Never oncehave I comeacross anyone else using it, which is extra nice. The closest translation the book had for the name into english was "Bringer of Fear" which is also extra nice.

I've been hired goon in every game for years. I originally stole it off a guy in the Starsiege: Tribes demo. It was so funny I simply stole it. (I asked him first but if you've ever tried using chat on a Tribes status window...)

Thora Unni is actaully norse.. meaning Thunder and Modest.
Kaziklu is a old Turkish word meaning Impaler most often associated with Vlad Tepes (dracula) as kaziklu bey (the impaler prince) Vlad Tepes it self comes from that Tepes meaning Impaler.
my last alt dosen't mean anything.. it's just two words listed on my hair dye.

I was studying African history the day I made my acount and I was studying the British and Zulu war in South Africa and it happened to mention a Zulu king called Cetshwayo. Not much to add to that.

In beta I was Vicomt, named after le Vicomt de Valmont (Dangerous Liasons), I've still got Vicomt in release, along with Marquise (named after Valmont's fellow game player) Vic Ga'shah was a late beta addition as a pure fighter tryout, and after release, I wanted a female... and Vicarrah was born. I'll always be a Vic of some description
