Howdy folks,
All data up until this point has now been collected, as well as all logfiles submitted in bug reports.
For those who weren't sure what to do with logserver files:
First, try to .zip or .rar the logs. Using .rar should allow you to split any massive files into smaller chunks to allow you to upload it all, without worrying too much about the file-size limit.
The size limit should now be 16MB, BTW. We are working on a solution to allow folks to add very large files, more on that as soon as I have something confirmed and verified as working.
Not sure how to turn off brackets?
The "quick and easy" way is simply to right-click the overview menu (white triangle on the upper-left of the overview) and select "Hide all Brackets"
Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable with customizing the overview, you can create overview presets for brackets and assign them to any overview tab in your profile. Sadly, this is not a terribly strait-forward process. We used to have a nice Knowledge Base article detailing how to do this, but sadly it seems to have vanished. I'll chase up with our GM team and see if we can't get it back up for you guys.
On another note, we're still putting the finishing touches on the Mass-Test report for this run, this time around I'd like to include more details about the issue encountered, so it may take longer to get it up than it has in the past.. just FYI.

Howdy folks,
First, all feedback and logs have been collected up to this point. If you uploaded logfiles to a fileshare, you're welcome to remove the files now as we've collected them all as well.
*** If you haven't posted your feedback yet, it's not too late! We will review this thread again in the coming days for more feedback. ***
Ban Doga, you are indeed correct. I wasn't able to finish the report from the test on the 15th due to these 2 special tests coming up at the last minute. Rest assured I am working on that still, as well as reports for the test on the 20th and 21st. Considering Tyrannis launch is right around the corner as well now, I would expect to have something posted for you guys around the end of next week, or the beginning of the week after that.
We apologize for the delays in getting info out to you guys, but we figured you'd rather we spend our time getting Tyrannis ready and let these reports slip back by a few days. :)

Howdy folks,
We've collected all feedback up to this point.
I'd like to apologize for not getting the reports out yet. I'll be honest here and say that I'd gotten tied up with looking into post-deployment issues for Tyrannis and simply haven't had a chance to finish them yet. This is currently #2 on my to-do list and reports for all tests, up to and including the one on the 29th, should be out this week, or next Monday at the latest.

Howdy folks,
I've now updated the Mass-Testing results thread with ALL data up to and including the test on May 29.
Again, I apologize for not getting these reports posted sooner. This was entirely on me, and for various reasons I dropped the ball. Rest assured though that I will endeavor to be more on top of getting these reports out to you folks in a timely fashion.

For the test on the 22nd June please also give feedback for the performance of the overview, the fleet window and the brackets. If you have tried it with and without brackets, this info will be great. Feel free to use the scale from 1-10 for the overview and the fleet window.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Keep it coming!
Originally by: Masda Grignard Except for a bit of disorganization it was good, seeing CCP being able to fix or make the problem worse tells me you've narrowed it down (no?) to something and hopefully you'll be able to fix it.
We had specific tests we needed to do related to module delays. Much of the lag you experienced was us behind the scenes changing various aspects to force things to a critical state, so we could see how it recovered - hence why it appeared to come and go in phases. This has given us useful information, and highlighted a couple of interesting cases we need to examine in detail.

Howdy folks,
All feedback and logs submitted up to this point have been gathered.
I'll take this opportunity to let you all know that we're working on an IGB information page to make things a lot less confusing. No ETA on this yet, but I'll keep you all updated as soon as I have more info to give.
Also, we're putting the final touches on a new way to get the Sisi client. We're hoping to have it ready for one of the next mass-tests, but.. again.. nothing is final until we've signed off on it internally.
Rest assured, we ARE working toward making things better with these tests, which in turn helps us combat the ebil lag more effectively. We urge patience while we work on these solutions, these kinds of things take time. My commitment to improvement has and will not waver.

All feedback up to this point for the last test was collected. If you have logfiles or interesting screenshots (for example from the FPS monitor), please attach them to a bugreport. If the files are too large (above 16MB) please upload them somewhere else and link it in the bugreport.
