6 x heavy missile launcher (or if you like put on shield harmonizer link and as many heavy missile as can fit)
3 x resist amps
2 x large shield extenders
5 x shield power relay
2 x purger rig

Thats pretty much it. However since it is for tanking lvl 5's the shield harmonizer link would be useless because you will be perma cap drained.

Good luck killing anything with 5 SPRs in lows. 300DPS against 15 BSes will take more than an hour.
Lvl5s are supposed to be run in a team. So this is how I do it today:
DPS/Tank: Tengu or NH buffer fit.
Hi: HMLs
Med: LSE, Hardeners
Lows: BCS
Rig: Shield extender rigs
Logi: Harbinger/Drake/anything that can fit 2-3 hardeners. I actually run 5 on my Drake against Angels 'cause I feel like it. Drake can also fit 3 shield transfers and 2 cap transfers allowing you to run active tank on the Tengu/NH.

This is what I use. Instead of a harmoniser link, I've got a drone link aug there as it takes no cap and allows me to send those 5x light drones WAY out.
This fit is, however, incredibly useless solo. U really need an alt for reps and damage TBH.

The suggestion is to skip them all together. I've done a few solo in an nighthawk and it simply isn't worth it, doubt you will listen though just like myself a while back ;p The ishtar is the man for the job if you insist on doing it but will still be frustrating slow.
Using the ship solo with great success in gurista space though (plexing up to 8/10 aswell as ratting), as soon as you start using some pithi a-type ACTIVE hardners you can easily start affording throwing in bcu's and painters depending on the situation.
But yea, t2 launchers with faction ammo or faction with faction (that sig radius penalty for t2 ammo is a big deal...). t2 purger rigs for sure and only complex passive hardners if I had to do it all again. All of this to have a chance to throw in a faction bcu or so.
